Consultations and Deposits

In order to BEST serve you as your current-or future- stylist, we need to set up a roadmap. Guide me to your ideal look!

I want us to have the same vision! That can be achieved during the consultation period prior to your appointment. 15 to 20 minutes is ideal, that way we can cover the total costs and anything else that we may need to complete your service. These will generally be for new clients and hair coloring services. If you do decide to book with me after your consultation, that cost is deducted from your service price. Consultations are available daily via zoom. Please look in the appointments tab under "General Consultation."

For large events, such as weddings and fashion shows, a contract AND consultation is required. The contract will be drawn up at the time of the consultation so that all parties will be made aware of expectations, costs, and terms of the service. 

Time is something that no one can get back. Please understand that this is my business, not a hobby. I do not intend to cause you any harm by requiring this, but deposits are indeed necessary in this line of work. Retainers are NON-REFUNDABLE, and are what’s being paid at the time of your booking so that your appointment time and date can be guaranteed for you! The remaining cost will be confirmed during your consultation. If you must RESCHEDULE, your retainer will remain credited for 14 BUSINESS DAYS. Any length of time after that will require a new appointment and retainer. 

Cancellation fees are $30. NCNS are 1/2 the cost of of your service in addition to your deposit.
