Terms and Conditions

Consultations must be completed prior to service. Texting does not take the place of a consultation nor booked appointments.

All booked hair services include a shampoo and condition.

PLEASE NOTE: I do provide hair for braids. Crochet and other extension hair is a little pricier, so if you’d like for me to order or go pick up ahead of your appointment, please advise during the consultation.

If you wish to combine multiple services, please indicate which services you will be needing during your consultation. Adding on services in the chair will not be permitted, as to maintain the integrity of my appointments that follow yours.

All retainers are non-refundable.

Services must be booked at a minimum of 8 hours in advance.

Cancellation (within 24 hours) of the service are $30 plus your deposit.

No call, No show: 1/2 of total service cost.

Last-minute appointments require 1/2 of final cost upfront.

Out of town/out of shop appointments:

   -Requires consultation.

   -Available for disabled/elderly clients.

   -IF client's transportation to the shop is unavailable.

   -If out of town, a contract must be completed after a consultation, and paid in full 24 hours prior to receiving service.

Services that are not listed may be available after a consultation.
